You seem SERIOUSLY upset that Dell is even still in business. You constantly call them crap, you make fun of me, you jump on anyone who says one foul word agaisnt alienware like they insulted your wife or girlfriend.

If anyone needs a life, girlfriend, or a better job, its you Hammerhead.

Dude, chill out a bit. I know this is an Alienware forum but bashing every other company is not called for. Dell may not be the best company, but they are not crap either.

One week before christmas of last year I ordered a Digital Camera from the gear shop. I had it in my hand in three days. It does not GET any faster than that.

I'm here simply annoying everyone? Do you have a mirror?

I'm not upset Dell is still in business, I'm upset about why Dell is still in business. It's certainly not because they build exceptional computers. It's because there are idiots like you that insist your computer is almost as good as real manufacturers products.

I have a life, a wonderful wife, and I don't need a job because I own my own businesses.

Perhaps you need some alone time to do some self reflecting. Please take a long, long vacation from this forum and think about it.

The reason Dell is still in business is because many businesses do not care about things like upgradeable motherboards. Their top priority is price. And as long as Dell is cheaper, they will be in business.

Hammerhead you poor guy..get a better job man. Go back to college and find yourself a nice paying job so that you can stop hating people who did go to school, have money, and make good "bang for the buck" decisions.
Commish, reading back you actually did start it. Posting "And the Hammerhead response"
Point is this, I am saddened to see that a lot of these threads made by people with legitimate questions turns into this mudslinging Dell vs Alienware vs. DIY crap. The guy asked a question about Alienware. Lets try to answer it, without letting him in on our personal vendettas toward each other. If you would like to make a hatred thread, so be it. I will gladly come there and banter along all day with you. Also, anyone is welcome to join us in Mirc chat. (enterthegame #Alienware.)
To be honest, most people here have higher than average IQs, with a lot higher than average knowledge of PCs. Attacking someones personal life is beneath all of us.

Awww. Now MY feelings are starting to get hurt. Craig said somewhere back there about not crapping all over the forums, but I guess, technically, we can continue to use the word crap.

Well, crap. This is some crappy crap. This line's a bit crappy too:

AP Wold News, Dateline Internet - Today an entire forum called "DELL" was firebombed by a lone, disgruntled Alienware owner who chose weak jabs and lukewarm invective to destroy an entire forum and its believers. Showing no data to back up his claim, the member of NBF known as Hammerhead chose a diluted lingustic suicide bomb of the words "idiot" and "crap" to describe his feelings regarding the popular, and often used proprietary system of computers by DELL.

Everyone in the DELL forum, and all users of DELL computers around the world, survived. No word yet as to whether Hammerhead even believes these DELL units will start when you hit the power button.

We at the AP have been able to corroborate that they, in fact, do start up - and play a mean game of Half Life 2.

Commish, I'd dump a lamo joke on you too, but the AW guys already think you are one, so why don't you head back over to the Dell forum for a pee-pee break. I think you've been holding it in way too long, you're starting to cross your legs and make funny faces. We miss you over there. You never call anymore.

Someone quickly tell me what any of this crap they're arguin' about has to do with AW price adjustment policies. I don't even CARE about the policy, and I'm posting here 'cuz this crap arguement is lame. And crap. But I like the Dell guys, and I like the AW guys.

Knock it off.

I don't know if AW is actually going through with that policy because I placed my order last week and I've had two price drops since then and they credited me without any problem. I think that it was in reference to rebates being offered.

Does that mean you think Craig and Darth Beavis have crappy LCD's because they are Dells? I think most owners of Dell UltraSharp LCD's would argue that.
hammerhead, you are too biased and you know next to nothing about computers because pretty much all you have owned is alienwares. its nice that you are happy with them, i certainly am happy with mine. but i dont go around bashing other companies. you and i differ in many ways.

i try to show other alternatives when buying a PC, you try to shut people out from them so they will buy an alienware.

and stop post whoring you did like 3 posts in a row 2 times in this thread.
