600M or700M

I am thinking of getting either the 600M or the 700M, from what I have been reading, there has been some problems ewith the 600M, can I get some opinions from you all? and is it worht it getting the 4 yr warranty Thanks for the help

what are your needs in a laptop?
is the cost of the warranty justifiable in your mind? really only you can ask yourself the cost benefit of it. i think most will tell you that if you move around with the lappie alot, get the complete care accident coverage. if you do not want that, then you can always upgrade your warranty so long as your lappie is still within the warranty period...if the lappie is gonna fail, it will more than likely fail during the first year, so you can see if you are having any kinds of problems and if you are extend. Just take into consideration that the warranty cost is more for the first two years,then drops off for a third or fourth year, so it will cost you alot more in the end to just add one more year at a time

The 700m doesn't have gigabit ethernet But seriously look at the physical features. For me 600m is still the best because of the non-technical fatures such as legacy ports, d-family fatures, internal microphone. It's comes close to a desktop replacement and still is very portable.

o men... i thought all laptops have a microphone just like my i8500. i tried it with my 700m and it doesnt work. I hope the 6000 has it.

700m has mic input, no built in mic
