a defect is a defect, you guys shouldnt try and sugarcoat it.
i remember watching a commercial about a father who built his son a bicycle. When the kid was riding the bicycle, it completely fell apart. The father takes a look on the box and noticed that it said "10% satisfaction guaranteed." I don't know of any industry that just allows defects, can anyone give me an example?
pr50wner: Not all of McDonalds meat have to be 100% beef. The FDA allows some tolerance in what you put in there. Heck, the FDA even allows small amounts of cyanide (wayyy smaller amount than is lethal) in foods. Just remember the next time you eat that Big Mac, pr50wner, that beef might contain small fractions of human body parts (perhaps someone lost a finger or two in the grinder).
