what type of ram does the t43 uses?

hi, question says it all... could it be DDR2?

i am looking at the 266872u (14" t43) and my resouces dont tell me if it uses ddr2 since its sonoma and etc new tech or not.

Couldn't find that particular model. Are you sure it isn't the 266844U?

And yes, that one does use DDR2 RAM.

it should be using DDR2.. since its using the 915 chipset..

Well Sony Desktop's (RB Series) use DDR RAM, not DDR2, even though they have PCI Express and sport a 915 chipset...so theortecially IBM could choose to use DDR over DDR2 due to stability, lower latency, higher availability, etc.
