Centrino/p4 comparison

I didnt think that this thread would fit in either the p4 section or centrino section so I put it in the general. My question is the 9300 comes equipped with a 2.0pentium m with 533mhz fsb... how does this compare to a desktop p4, a mobile p4, and a amd cpu?

2.0 = 3.4HT P4

the p4 will destroy the PM in encoding and rendering apps but everything else its almost the same
