Hello everyone....well, I received my new notebook today, and I would like to report to you all how it is, but I haven't gotten to use it yet....I did not receive a User Guide in my package (nor an itemized packing slip either). I called HP customer service, and after putting me on hold to speak with her supervisor, my representative came back on and told me that it was typical not to have received a user guide. She said this is standard on customized models, and that if I wanted the user guide I would have to download it from the website, or pay extra to order it as a "part". Has anyone else encountered this? Is it true that HP DOESN'T PROVIDE A USER GUIDE, or am I just getting dicked around by a lazy rep? With an $1,800.00 purchase, you would think they would throw in a $2.00 book explaining to you how to use your new system. Let me know if anyone else has placed an order which did not include a user guide! Thanks everyone!

When I ordered mine it came with 3 packs/brochures..The first one had the "getting started" , "Security Guide" and "Go Wireless". The second pack contained the warranty info and support telephone numbers. They both had a few CD'S and the third contained AOL s**t..
