I got $100 to spend at DELL, what should i get?

Ok, well i was considering returning the Dell 8600 i got last week for the new 6000, as i could save a few hundred bucks(but sacrifice graphics capabilities), the $100 at dell is good for 6 months.

Well the customer care at Dell offered me, $100 credit to spend on anything at Dell, and $50 off my laptop purchase.

So what should i get, I dont need an mp3 player, monitor, PDA or printer.

Here are my machine specs
Laptop
Dell i8600
Pent M 1.8GHZ dothan, WSXGA+
60gb HD (5400 rpm)
512mb ram (1 dimm)
ati 128mb 9600 pro
CDRW/DVD

My desktop is
Dell dimension 8300
1024 mb ram
280gb hd
128mb nvidia geForce FX5200
DVD+RW
CDRW/DVD

I was thinking of getting

A) 512 MB of ram for my laptop - Cost $136 shipped - $100 = $36
B) Wait 5 months till the new 80GB 7200 hd's come out and pay the difference.
C) Wait 5 months, hope the price of ram drops, and get a 1024 mb stick of ram, for a total of 1.5GB of ram, (Only if total price is $150 or less)
D) Printer toner catridge (this is what the dell guy suggested lol)
E) Other ideas?

X300 != 9600, X300 is actually pretty crappy by most reviews and benchmarks, the X600 is actually whats = to the 9600

I already have a modular battery. I dont feel the need for a DVD burner on the lappy cause i already have one at home. Since it has a DVD drive, i can always transfer a dvd to the HD on the go where ever i am, and then burn it when i get home.

I already have a creative muvo2 mp3 player, better than the DJ, in that you can plug and play usb on any computer with out using any type of shitty proprietary software. Same 4GB drive as the Ipod Mini, and when i bought it at the time $125 after rebates, it was half the price as the ipod mini.

Keep the ideas comming fellas!

I'd second Doom3Groupie's idea of an Extra Battery, or possibly the extra ram. Although you could probably get the ram cheaper elsewhere especially with the release of DDRII. Depends if you want more speed, or more battery time.

Get Creative's USB 2.0 Audigy II
