I'm guessing the mod on the right is done with samurize, not sure though....

As for ObjectDock, right-click at the (extreme) end of the dock and uncheck "Lock Dragging." Pull any and all existing icons for programs that you don't use onto the desktop and they will be deleted.

Next, drag a program icon (just a regular shortcut icon from the program--not your fancy PNG icon) onto the dock. Now, that looks like crap, right? Not to worry....

Rt-click on the crap icon. Select "Dock entry properties" from the bottom of the list. Click the "Change image" button and browse to your fancy icon. While you are there in the properties box, change the icon's title too, if you like. Click "OK."

(You can also change existing dock icons with this method as well, of course.)

Some of the Yahoo widgets are pretty cool, too. Have you checked them out?

I only used Coolmon2, i suggest new people just to jump on CM2, don't waste time with CM1

Micro$oft Virtual Desktop Manager FTW for the goth, gay, cyberpunk, and DnD geek in me respectively. Also <3 desktop clutter. My desktop PC's desktop clutter will easily beat this, as it is full of crap on a 1600x1200 res.
