They use something called coolbits to unlock overclocking in the registry. Google it and you will find it.

Yes, I've used it. It's basically the same as CoolBits, which is a "hidden" registry change to enable video card overclocking on nVidia chipsets. NVTweak does the exact same thing, but gives you an interface/GUI, and a few other options that CoolBits doesn't offer (but you'll probably never use anyway.)

The 9200 has the ATI card in it and I think coolbits is only good for Nvidias. I have used several programs in the past for OCing ATIs, but the easiest by far is using the Radlinker program that comes with the omega drivers. You can also use ATItool which is very flexible, but I had a couple of bad experiences with it using the auto max settings so I just stuck to radlinker.

With reagrds to CPU OCing, again there are many programs, but it seems as though the 855 MBs used by Dell are incompatible with most of them so this is not something that is achievable in the greater majority of cases, without a chipset mod.

Cheers

some dells are overclockable on the CPU, some aren't. I still have trouble trying to overclock my desktop with a unclockable mobo.. lol
