What is the difference between the 9860-C and the 9860-S

(Don't freak out if this is in the wrong section because i don't know what section this thread belongs in)

What is the difference between the 9860-C and the 9860-S despite the more variety for the processors in the 9860-S. Because when i configured each model to my own specifications i found that the 9860-C was cheaper than the 9860-S by like $50 or something like that.

9860-C = 2949.00

9860-S = 3069.00

They're package deals that allow some customizing. You'll find they do not overlap such as the -C has up to a 3.2 GHZ CPU and the -S starts at the 3.4GHZ CPU and up from there.
