WUXGA has many more pixels that a WXGA. In a WUXGA, there is more detail but text will appear smaller. However, there will also be more room on the screen due to more pixels. The middle ground between WXGA and WUXGA is WSXGA+, which many people prefer. To see what the actual resolution for each is, check out How Many Dots Has it Got?
It took me about 15 minutes to get used to my 15" UXGA and now I hate going back to lower. I find myself multitasking a lot more than I used to on lower resolutions and I can have a full page word document open on one side of the screen while surfing on the other side of the screen quite easily. Some people can't read at the higher resolutions though. I can and I don't have 20/20 vision...I'd suggest going to a local retailer and compare screen resolutions yourself as its very much a personal preference. You can read all you want about it but until you compare them yourself you'll never really know which would be better for you.
