As I said already,
I don't even get to that point. As SOON as I click "NEXT" after filling in my info it says "page cannot be displayed". It's not a problem with IE or a firewall - I was using this very computer to chat with them 2 days ago. Same thing at home. I do not get to the point where the dialog box pops up saying there is both secure and insecure content, etc. As SOON as I press next, it's "page cannot be displayed" - ergo, I can't get thru to their chat!
Someone try to chat with them, tell me if you can get thru. Maybe it's something in my area, but I doubt it as I can get to any other website (and everything else on dell.com) just fine.
