If I put in a cd and restart it works fine, but when I take that cd out and put in a new one, my computer does not refresh and so I cannot use a different cd until I restart. Something similar happens with connections, my usb ports accept new connections and stuff for a few minutes after I restart, but once my computer has been on awhile, once I unplug a USB port, plugging something else in or even the same thing results in nothing happening. Any help is much appreciated
