From the forum rules, I gathered that the trading of Dell concession coupons is not allowed in the forums, even in the For Sale/Wanted section.
I don't understand why, as I'd imagine that there are people out there who have concession coupons that they'd rather exchange for money or perhaps even give away, knowing that they're not likely to use it (or even remember having it by the time it's needed).
I'm in the process of buying a Dell system and any bit of saving would certainly help. And I'm willing to pay a fair price for concession, one-time coupons. Most, if not all, Dell coupons sold on eBay are those that are public knowledge and easily found in forums such as this and by search engines.
Where can I find Dell concession coupons? (other than directly from Dell itself, of course)
