When I went to the Game Developer's Conference, NVIDIA had four laptops running their GeForce 6XXX line of cards. The biggest and fastest was Dell's XPS2, with the GeForce 6800. I didn't do too much with it, but I did notice when typing on the keyboard that it was very crisp with little travel, which I really like, but some people may not. What's great is there was NO keyboard flex! I specifically checked for that. It's odd that the keyboard didn't have a numpad though, because there was plenty of room -- as it is, the keyboard is surrounded by alot of empty space on both sides.
Those red LEDs behind the speakers looked very cool... not overly bright by any means, but cool. It makes the unit very noticeable.
The screen was hard to judge in those circumstances, but it looked pretty vibrant and sharp.
I noticed when using the touchpad that I could feel the vibrations from the external speakers, apparently vibrating through the shelf the laptop was on... I'm not sure if it was due simply to loud speakers or if that is a quirk with the touchpad. It is a pretty thin laptop...
Anyway there's a picture here.
