Compaq R3000T vs R3230US

How good is R3230US as compared to R3000T. I was looking for r3000t but our dealer has r3230us. The specs look good for r3230us, but it would be great if somebody could throw some more light on this...

Also r3230us is 15" XGA. Is this still a wide screen?

How good is "ATI MOBILITY RADEON 9000 IGP" 128MB Shared considering total RAM is 768MB.

The r3000t is the general(generic) name Hp has given to all of its 15/15.4" Pentium 4 based laptops. They sell certain models pre-configured to dealers, distributers, retail stores who then resell it to you.
If you buy directly from Hp you get the generic name r3000t.

I dont think that the 15" XGA's are widescreen as far as i know only the 15.4" screen has that option.
If you do not play any high end games then the integrated graphics will do fine. and also you can change the amount of system RAM your graphics uses in the system Bios. or you can upgrade your RAM.
