Ordered my I9300

Ordered my i9300 last wk. Used EPP after I compared with 35% off coupon. from Small Business I called EPP to have them spec the same system I configured on Dell Small Business. The EPP system was (same configuration) was more by about $65 and I told the EPP rep that. They told me that they did not compete with Small Business section.....but they would call to see if they could match the price. Put me on hold, came back and said that they would take off the price of something else I ordered (can't remember what it was) so that made it about $5 less than Small Business side.

Checked today and it is "In Production"

I got the same except 2.0GHz, 1GB RAM, 1 year warranty, 6 cell battery and spare AC adapter for $2020 incl. tax. See my signiture for full details.

Nice. I was faced with a similar situation and finally went with small business primarily because I live in Florida and for some reason, Complete Care isn't available to home users who order from FL.

Think my final price was just under $2300, but I got the 2.0ghz processor, 1gb of memory, the 60gb 7200 drive and ordered the 9-cell battery as an extra instead of the primary battery (was only $20 more).

Tax!!!

W/O the tax I could have used that on something else. Sometimes I wish I would have scraped the 1.76 for 1.60 and got the WUXGA instead of WXGA+...Oh well.

I went with the 3yr because I have used it on my other, I4000, 4 times in the 4 yrs I had it (LCD, keyboard and 2 other things I forgot), I leave my Laptop on a lot at home and I didn't even travel with it a lot. It also comes at almost a wash, I get 12% off w/3yr warranty that covers everything.
