Unless it's just bad, I'll probably keep it for a week, then return it. Of the people that have received theirs and reported on it, it seems like the people who are younger or are getting their first laptops are the most happy, while the more experienced people are the least. I think I would be much less particular and sort of "star-struck" if this was my first notebook, too. No blame, I don't think they're dummies for keeping it. But they've got nothing to compare it, too, and aren't particular desirious to do so anyway. "The video card rocks, this thing rocks, what sparkles, I don't see any sparkles." Maybe they don't have to write code and read documents all day like me.
Anyway, it's all in fun. We're just having conversations here, posing ideas, imagining solutions. Something to do while we wait for our notebooks.
Why bother about what people say. you are the one using it. I have friends who love my screen cause its sharp crisp and clear & I have some who hate it cause its glossy. Different people have different liking, not everyone likes everything you like. Rule of the thumb when buying notebook. Decide for yourself. Decide for yourself whether you like what you get or not and forget about what other people say. Its you owning that notebook, not them.
It is you who is living your life, not you living your life through the eyes of others. If you live your life through the eyes of others, you'll never be satisfied in anything because everyone's likes and dislikes are different.
I got a perfectly fine i9300 which does not suffer from any of the problem that was mentioned in this forum, and many others too that I know of personally who now owned the i9300 and loving it the way it is and they don't come to this forum, just because some people in here had problems with their i9300 doesn't mean that you'll get a defective one, even if it is, reject the item and request to change.
