Which RAID 0 best for 9860?

Does anyone know which RAID 0 config works best in the 9860? I read a bench by Adam at PCTorque that seemed to indicate that dual 60gb 5400 SATAs were slightly faster but another site seemed to claim the 60gb 7200 ATAs were faster. Any thoughts?

Also, does anyone know how much cache the 5400 SATAs and 7200 ATAs have?

Actually Adam's review indicated that 2x80GB 5400rpm SATAs was faster than 2x60GB 7200rpm PATAs, this is certainly true - overall - the 60GB 7200rpm drives are faster in sequential read and random write operations but offer slightly slower performance overall. I haven't seen any comparitive benchmarks of Seagate's new Momentus 100GB 5400rpm PATA drives but I suspect these might be quite competitive too (due to the increased areal density and the extra capacity).
