I never bitched or yelled at the AW rep I spoke with. I simply asked questions that I thought were pertinent in order to determine why it’s taking so long for the production of my laptop. I asked if some parts were on back order or unavailable, and the response I got was "all parts for your system are in stock". I can appreciate the communities desire to want to have these high-end laptops which would make the quantity of parts low in the stock room; but from what AW states that is not the case.
AW has not given any reasons (justifiable) as to why my order has been delayed so long. One guy in the forums ordered his AW laptop 2 weeks after I did with basically the same configuration. He received his last week! That is what is not right! If AW could just give me a justifiable reason as to why my
laptop is taking so long then yes I'd be cool with that; but so far they can't seem to do so.
If they want to keep my business something needs to happen within the next couple of days otherwise I’m hitting the road. They say it will take about 2 weeks to ship my laptop. WhY?? If all parts are currently available how does it take 2 weeks to produce it? I understand that they are probably working on others but I mean come on, that turn around time seems ridiculous.
Maybe I'm being to over zealous for AW's current resources... Maybe I'm like the father whom expects to much from his child.
