i find the newer models of any manufacture. etc tends to have more problems

My lappy broke down.
I called Acer , next day Fedex truck come p/u , 2 days 1600 miles , they got it on friday , repair & ship back on wednesday , got it on friday home.
Is that bad ?
sounds like some user who was unlucky to get cought up in a one in a million chance of problem and is frettign about it. Acer are very good to my experience so dont let that "site" put you off it
Yeah, I had the same problem he described where the computer died and wouldnt come back on again, but I had mine back in about a week and a half or so, and they had to replace the mainboard. I'd say it was just bad timing.
