I really don't know if I return it:

You're thinking of returning it due to a little darkening in the corners? I don't know about you, but those corners never contain any information on my system. I would keep it, but if it bugs you, do what you need to do.

Mine has nothing like that in the corners but the milkiness at the bottom, that's all.
I feel better now.

Yeah, that's way too picky...how often do you stare into your corners? I just looked and I guess the beautiful Toshiba screen on my XPS1 has that, too, but I never noticed...I just think people are starting to get paranoid since there are Bulls and Bears stampeding around the fourm screaming anxious bloody murder over the screen quality...

Perhaps in this image the effect is more evident, but is not only darkening; Is like the famous light leaking effect but not only in dark background.

I admit that I'm very picky, and a simple dead pixel bother me.

You are right, but that's perhaps my last screen was a sony xbrite, and the digital camera don't make justice to the eye sight;

Aside, I'm very happy with the laptop; today dell sent me a new dvd rw nec instead of the sony, and dvd playback now it's perfect.

The sound is good but weak in dvd playback and at times, if the volume it's at 70-90 % distort with windows sounds, but for a laptop is very good, a little best than i9100.

Thanks at all.
