i9300 Regular XGA+ Screen - How is it?

I'm waiting for my 9300 to get here and I had a question about the regular XGA+ screen.

I've never owned a laptop before but I'm curious, how do the normal XGA+ non glossy LCD screens measure up compared to other laptops, compared to desktop monitors, etc.? I went with the normal screen because I had a limited budget and I prefered the configuration I came up with w/o the True Life UWGA+ option. I also heard horror storries about sparkles, horrible glare, etc. (I saw my friend's glossy 700m screen and it did have quite a bit of reflection in it, not sure if its the exact same).

Anyone with a 9300 XGA+ want to tell me how it is? All I hear about is the UWGA+

Use Powerstrip to see if you have the W5411. It's a very nice screen I hear.

Great, thanks for the replies!

I hope I get that awesome W5411. I'm very excited now, thought the screen might not be so great if it wasn't the WUXGA+ version.

If you don't want to read tiny mini fonts, this screen is for you.

Text is very sharp. In fact, sharper than my desktop NEC Multisync flatscreen.
The matte finish gives it a graininess to it though. I guess it's tolerable. I'm returning mine due to very excessive light leakage.

Mine has alot of light leakage aswell, however its only really noticeable on a pure black screen. The Screen is great other then that. Graininess? Yes, but its a very nice screen. For some reason Dell ships it at 120 dpi though, you will want to change that.
