ASUS M6BNE LCD speakers.....

tried the search but i can't find anything because i don't think anyone else has this problem but....

i play music and even windows sounds don't play on my front LCD speakers
everything plays off my bottom speakers

i downloaded and installed the lastest sigmatel drivers from the asus site
haven't tried using generic sigmatel drivers yet

thought i'd ask here before i did that
and to see if anyone else had that problem

i'm kinda angry over this, hopefully there is an easy fix

oh yeah i also changed advanced speakers settings in windows audio properties

i think you just set your sound to quadraphonic

yeah i did that
and i put my ear to the speakers and i keep hearing the sound from the bottom speakers
anyone else put their ear up to the speakers and hear the bottom speakers?

ok got it to work
there are new drivers on the asus usa site, i was looking somewhere else....

i pushed the screen way back so the lcd is flat, i set it to desktop stereo speakers and sound is comming from ALL 4 speakers, (not like it makes it sound any better anyways, laptop speakers all suck lol)
