Maybe its just me but my serial port only seems to work when I have the power plugged in. I have a diagnostics software package that works with my car that runs off the serial port, when its on battery it will not return any info, when its on the power adapter works 100%...any insight...

Also I need some info on getting a spare keyboard for my 4760 my wonderful 3 year old decided to rip off a bunch of keys....

What state are you in? I just ordered a 4760 for work/play and will be using it to tune my car with the stand alone system that I am running.

I am using an AEM EMS in a 97 single turbo MKIV. I am in FL.
Here is a link with more info on my ride...

I should be getting the new lappy on Tuesday. My friend just got the 4760 and it is really nice. It should fits my needs quite well.

Im in texas, lots of supras up in austin Im in dallas though I have an mkiv also but mines a vw gti first front wheel drive car ive owned last two project cars Ive had have been 240sx's with sr20 swaps in them and for some weird reason I went through this phase of wanting to turbo a mustang gt but that lasted about 3 months and got tired of it....

Wow, that is really cool. There are a couple of neat 240 swaps around here. I think that is what I would have done if I did not have the supra. I used to race a couple mustangs and have had the disire to turbo charge a 93ish notch back. It has been done before and there are a couple that run in the 7's. Also, there is a turbo charged newer body style mustang near my house that has a T76 on it.

I would like to see the progress on your project. I will most likely go to the TX meet next year and will be racing my car. I have already run low 10's in the 1/4 all motor (no nos) and hope ot be in the 9's as soon as I get my new RPS CC clutch in the car in a few weeks.

I was thinking that maybe you should go into the efficiency settings that slow down your computer when running battery power and make sure it is running at the minimum reqirement for your system.

Yea Ill keep you updated, very very nice times on your supra I really like the setup you got going...are you using this as a daily driver now or is it strictly a project car...what kind of boost are you pushing right now...im pushing around 20 spiked with around 18 consistant but this k03 is about to take a dive I need to get out of it anyways its nice for stock but way to limited for consistancy if I plan on running it that way for long...
