I spoke with tech support via their online chat and a tech is coming to replace the lcd. I asked for them to just send me one, but the rep just ignored that request. Anyway, I looked on my service request on Dell's site and under parts pertaining to the service call I have:

So i guess I'll see how the Samsung is also. Wonder if I have to wait for Dell to ship the parts to the service guy? There's a Dell plant in Nashville, just a couple hours away, so might not be too long of a wait.
