does dell do stuff on weeknds? I thought they didnt

Mines been in build for a while, i hope tomrrow morning its different
i have one day shipping so I hope they send like on wed so I can get it before weekend

It's 12:13 PM on Monday there and my laptop went from Production to Testing on Saturday here, so yes I think they must have worked this weekend. LeeU

Yup, I got the same status are yours.. the thing is.. at this stage, all 4 levels are there including testing and boxing. I wish they had similar status page such as our friends down south.

I don't know what is worse:

a) Not being able to track my order on the site -- knowing the laptop will get here "whenever"

b) Finally being able to track the laptop, and continually wanting to check the page for future updates.

I just want my XPS2 -- it's my first Dell laptop, and the first "true" high-end gaming PC I've ever owned.

Yup me 2. Build stage since thursday night it hink. That means they have the parts. I would guess it should be in testing by mid/end of week and ship first of next week i would think anyways.

I'm in testing. Can't wait! I'm counting on this thing to be at my house friday. I'd like to fully check it out and play some games over the weekend. Perhaps stay up all night playing CSS, HL2, UT2004, Doom3, and maybe FC.

I'm in boxing too now. Hopefully they will have enough units together today to send them out. I'm not in a big rush though, I'm stuck in Ohio this week and I won't be back home until Friday, so even if it were to ship this week I wouldn't get it till this weekend.

Mine is still in the build stage, spoke to a rep late last night and she'd "see what she could find " in regards to my order. Wish I was one of the lucky ones to be in boxing

Oh yea I forgot to post I got next day shipping added to my order because of "the wait" as well from the csr. It all depends on who you speak to and how their attitude is along w/yours. This lady was very nice and tried to get as much info or assistance she could on my order, when the previous rep was like its in the build stage there is nothing I can do.

Mine is in the production phase...and has been so since mid-late last week.......but it's just sitting in production not moving into any of the sub-phases (like kitting, building, etc..)....anyone else's like this?
