i9300 return help!

Hi Guys.

I looking for some advice on returning an i9300. Tomorrow i'm going to call Dell about my sparkle, on the i9300. If they won't assure me i can get a proper replacement. I'll probably ask for a refund, to maybe order a M70. If i can get some confirmation, that the 1680x1050 display hasn't got that sparkle...

What i wanted to know. With me living in Rep. of Ireland, is how long is the no qibble return policy. I checked the doc's, invoice and small print on all papers. It looked like i have 7 working days ? Is that right ? I heard a lot of people here saying 21days ? If it is only 7 working days, i have to get it back to them by this Tuesday, thank God for st Patrick's day, eh...

Any advice would be great. Thanks...

I know the US has a 21 day policy. Not sure otherwise.

Is it best to speak to the rep who sold me the machine. Or someone else, like who would be the one who authorizes the return...?

Thanks

Look...some options are:

Talk to Tech Support if you want a part replaced.
or
Talk to Customer Support if you want a Return or Exchange the 9300.
oh, fyi they will only be involved for 21 days, there after you'll have to refer to Tech Support

Dell has a 21 Day total satisfaction guarantee in the US, 30 days if you live in Canada

Thanks MichaelX30. So, a week should be fine for a return ? I think i will swap it for a M70 with 1680x1050 screen. Should be easier on the peepers, eh...!

OK, if Dell will make a replacement, the 21 days policy starts from the original invoice/ship day or the replacement.
