Yeah but I actually need it to be a business lease for one reason or another

And for the person who said they configured it at a simillar price...you're pretty lucky too. When I configured it it came out to much more than it is in this deal.

I can't afford 300 dollar complete care or whatever...but I'm always very carefull and I hope nothing happens to it. It spends 98% of its time on my desk or in its case. I only take it out of the house for presentations and such at the moment. I also never drink directly near my laptop so I should be ok. I've always picked the standard 3 year warrantee *knock onw ood*. Usually its things like the hard drive that go and they can ship those right out to me.

Thanks Chyort!

I'm gonna cancel my 9300 for the Xps2... 200$ difference = 512mb ram to 1gig, 1,86M to 2M, video card lot more powerful !

What are yours ship dates ? Mine was 14april with the 9300.... it can't really be later than this...
My confirmation email from ordering on March 15th said a ship date of March 29. I'm not ready to believe it yet until I get a tracking number in email (if I get one at all). I know someone who ordered an I6000 from Dell.ca last month. The order never appeared online, and shortly after getting a backorder email he received the system.

I received my 9300 on the 16th of march. My estimated ship date for the dell xps2 is on april 1st, weird since i ordered it just now.
On the phone, for the xps2, the shipping date is the 22th of april.
It's too late for me...
9300 isn't bad either anyway...

Wow!!!
Just ordered my XPS2 yesterday for $3690.43
Used the Evalue code, and sit at $3056.99!!!!
You just saved me $635!!!!!!
These prices include the 3 year complete care and all taxes and shipping.

The difference between quotes was this:

$3600+ quote
2.13 proc
60 gig 7200
Dell wireless 1350

$3000+ quote
2.00 proc(2.13 not available)
80 gig, 5400 (+50)
Intel Pro 2915 wireless(+100)

So I got a little bit slower processor, but got $150 in other upgrades(according to Dell) and saved $635.

Unreal.

Thanks so much for spreading the word - incredible!

I'm just waiting for the order status to update now to see what the damage to the delivery time will be.

Not sure where it came from, we don't get a paper delivered but sometimes they drop off a stack of flyers so I assume it was in one of these. I was cooking and saw a dell thing on the table so I thumbed through it and just about crapped my pants when I saw the xps thing.

It's from Dell's weekly flyer that is in almost ever paper nation wide, including the Prince George Citizen.
