Dell seems to have changed their site here in sweden. u can choose 3year next day service on 2 places when u order

First is Enhanced service pack including

Basic package 3year next day on site
Standard package +3 year accidental cover
Premium package +3 year theft cover

Then later when u order u got the same options under another name again now called "complete care" as before

Complete Care™ 1 år service next day

Complete Care™ 3 år service next day

Complete Care™ 4 års service next day

Complete Care™ 1 år service nästa arbetsdag

Complete Care™ 3 years next day Multi Cover från London General Insurance

Complete Care™ 4 years next day Multi Cover från London General Insurance


Are there any difference between the 2 alternatives?

wow! they have "Premium package +3 year theft cover ". does that mean if your laptop is stolen then they replace it with a new/refurb one?

of course didnt u know?....they had it for a long time,,,,,,,i just dont understand why its listed on 2 places under different names.....
