My XPS2 order was cancelled by Dell!!!!

I'm so mad right now. I just got an email from Dell saying that they had to cancel and re-enter my order!!!

I called Dell and they guy (non-Indian) said it was because the SKU numbers on the order weren't correct.

I asked him how it could show my order as being in Boxing if the SKUs weren't correct? He told me it never went into Production even though their system said it had.

So now I'm back to Order Processing and who knows what will happen now.

God I'm so pissed!! I'm on hold with Dell Customer Care right now to try and get something from all this crap.

You probably could have gotten some $ off or some extras if you pressed it. I know it's not what you wanted to happen but I've read in the past that Dell usually gives some kind of compensation for your aggravation due to things like this.
