I Hate Dell!!! Xps 2

DELL OFICIALLY SUCKS. I ordered the xps gen 2 back in february and it was in the boxing stage. I just recieved an email saying my order was canceled and re-entered and wont be shipped until the 19th of April. I would have had mine on the 11th. WTF IS WITH THAT??

maybe someone tried to cancel their order but accidentally entered your order number by mistake (it's possible especially if the numbers match closely)

there's a Dell forum online under Customer Care >> Cancellations where you can cancel orders without needing any additional information or verification like customer number...

Hopefully they will speed it up, and maybe you can convince thier CS to give you a discount or something.

I am on the phone with them now and there is nothing they say they can do until i recieve the laptop.

I think that when the XPS2 was first put up on the web there was some mislabelled parts or what not. So those of us that ordered first seem to be getting screwed.

It might not hurt to order it again entirely. With the 15% off deal that is running you might be able to save a little more cash depending upon how your system was configured.

I think whenever an existing 9300 owner requests a screen replacement. They go snag an XPS2 off the line, take out the screen and send it to the 9300 owner, and the XPS gets sent back to the beginning of the cycle.

well you might be in luck, I think dell is giving outrageous shipping dates because of lack to components... i think that will ship before that...

shoot, way it sounds, some of us may be getting them soon!
then when all the components are in, the rest will get them......
