. I would almost bet that that ULV chip could do lower voltage than yours at that speed (stably, of course).

. That comment about the process was directed at strictly_biz. However, as far the voltage jumping to 1.340, I wouldn't be surprised if the BIOS acts before CHC does, explaining the slight gap of normal spec voltage. Tar_Heel_Guy will probably have more info on this.
