the high resolution will be great for when you do video editing and movies...makes things look sharper and cleaner. you wont regret getting that one, i only wish it was a trubrite screen...

heats not an issue with the S2 i have used, as for the battery life, its not the absolute best but it gets what toshiba says it will get you so its not at all bad....
