This Credit Account Number / Voucher Credit resolves an issue raised in a lawsuit filed against Toshiba over computers that may have contained three 1.1 USB ports rather than three 2.0 USB ports (USB Issue). Toshiba is committed to customer satisfaction and is offering a $48.50 Credit Account Number / Voucher to customers who purchased the Subject Computer.
In order to qualify for the Credit Account Number / Voucher remedy you must file a Claim Form by the filing deadline, which is June 30, 2005.
