For those who got their 8104 returned or repaired, did you have to pay the shipping costs for it to be returned?

My supplier paid my postage when it had to be returned to them, it was only one day old when it was returned. They also paid for next day delivery on the return leg so I was well pleased.

Mine got sent back 2 weeks after I purchased it and I won't be paying a cent. If you've been having problems since day one and your retailer knows it, get them to return it. Make it their problem. They don't want you to ask for a refund.
