need help for calling dell

hi folks

since i am not a natural english speaker, calling dell isnt that big fun, especially if its about discussing my shipment date, and seeking for some informations.

i was wondering if there is somebody in this forum who actually want to call for me, ill provide this one with my order and customer number.

im aware of the danger but id risk it with a popular one in this forum. only a highly declared member of this board i would trust (so no less then 20 times poster and so on)

is anyone here and wanna help me?

i have a xps2 on order, which was odere on i think it was the 15th, and now as i see all those xps2 shipped, apparently ordered after or on the same day, i get a little bit confused since i dont have a plastic sheet, bluetooth or tv pack ordered which is all out of stock i guess.

so anyone wanna do me a favor?

nonono im actually IN the usa atm, im here as an exchange student and im here for the next 2 month (already been here for 3 month)

dont worry,dell reps dont speak english either.
i ordered on the 14th and its still in boxing, without any extra stuff, except for the bluetooth.

at least you r in boxing, im in build on the phone und on the internet not even building, nothing marked..

i want to know whats wrong with my notebook and i want to have them expedite my order... i guess im running out of time argl...

which number to call or which email adress to write on for my request?

I think the best route is email or chat online... email usually takes about 4-6 hours to get feedback (quicker than I expected).

IF something is wrong, you are very angry and disapointed!!! ( this might get you some freebee's!!!) this is rule of thumb!

i placed a order for a dell xps2 notebook 2 weeks ago. now im a little bit worried about what makes it stuck that long in the build phase. is there something wrong with it? also im a little bit mad that other people who definatly ordered way later than me actually got their xps2 today. since im a foreign exchange student, and running out of time, i was really wondering if i get my xps2 in time. it would be great if you could acclerate my order processing.
