I've been planning on getting an Alienware laptop for some time now, and when I saw the $500 discount I decided there was no time like the present. I decided to go with a laptop, since I'm graduating from the US Naval Academy in May and I am going submarines.
Anyway, after a quick chat on the phone with a sales rep today, I'm up to Phase 2. They quoted me a shipping date of two weeks from today; I hope it makes it! Now I just have to find a way to stop obsessing over this thing for the next 2 1/2 weeks. I can hardly wait!

The newer ones are pretty easy... Dawn of War, Command and Conquer Generals, and BFME. I'm stilll a newbie at Rome so I'm still getting used to it. I love the battles, but I hate the world map, It can be a nuissance. I'm waiting for my lappy too so I can finally beat Far Cry and Half Life 2. My comp sucks so bad. I have to use the lowest settings and when I use the night vision in Far Cry, my framerate drops like a mother.
