I bought a 2010V on sale at Staples about a month ago,all was good till a little
over a week ago the DVD would only play first half of a movie I determined it
was a hardware issue.Call tech surpport,hold was less than a min.,after going
through the trouble shooting I had already done,I got an CSO #,and was
told fedex would pick up on 3/21/05 the computer was retruned repaired(new
drive) on 3/24/05.Not bad considering I'm in Ill. and service center is in Ca.
