If Dell knowingly cancelled these orders, I'm really surprised none of us received emails or phone calls supplying an explanation about the cancel & re-order. That's basic customer service, especially when some of our orders were boxing and about to ship. I am very interested to find out what's going on here, especially considering that I was not the only person that this happened to. I'm thinking it's something fishy, but I'll have to wait till Monday to even proceed with my investigation. Wish us luck
