a few 9300 concerns

Hello.

I've been perusing the forum a bit, reading about peoples experiences with the 9300. I put an oder in yesterday, and I had a few questions.

1) The screen ... BIG issue on all forums I've read. Has anyone found a way to guarantee that i receive a Samsung? Talking with customer service seems to get me pretty much nowhere. Once has said I'm getting a Samsung, but I really didn't believe he knew what he was talking about.

2) For returns, I know people have done them. With full refunds, do they refund the entire price minus shipping? and if you got free shipping, then the only cost would be what you personally pay to ship it back??
Has anyone incurred restocking fees?

Just make sure you're inside the 21 day satisfaction guarantee and keep getting exchanges until they get it right. Dell will pay for all the costs.

You can try to ask CS to send you the paid shipping label. I paid the shipping myself. Since there is nothing wrong with the product, I just don't like it.

Your sig still says 9300, did you replace it or return it outright?
