"What I find strange" is that why some people are so quick to scrutinize AW customers who are simply letting out their frustrations over a mix-up. Hey man, no worries. I know there are a lot of people that bash AW for no reason so when someone has a genuine reason to gripe, they are automatically suspect. I shot a private message to one of the AW guys that visit the boards to have him look at it and I talked to some of the customer service people at AW. Honestly, they don’t inspire me with a lot of confidence. I will save final judgment until this whole thing pans out. I sent the desktop back so they should have it and send my laptop out here soon. We will see what happens when I get it.
Only thing that I am a little worried about is that AW stopped selling the 5500. I hope mine was still at the factory like they say. If not, I am not sure what I will do. The Sentia is too small and the 7700, while definitely nice is way too much laptop for me right now. I do game but I am not hard core. I will keep you guys updated when it arrives.
