athlon 64 first gen problems

ok. i have a first gen athlon 64 3200+ with a gigabyte k8nnxp mobo and 512MB of OCZ ram. had the computer for exactly 2 years now

this computer has errors in the prime95 stress test and in memtest86.

should i:
A:Get my dad to call amd and get them to repace my mobo and cpu to latest 754 or higher socket.
b: ask for a refund from amd somehow
C: just buy a new mobo mem and cpu.
d: cry and pout IE keep doing what im doing

oh yeah i bought everything from tigerdirect/newegg

EDIT: also gimme some reccomendations on mobo cpu and memory. AMP preferbly if its stable and works and has no errors. but will go intel if you supply me witht he extra money. lol GET IT?, INTEL IS DAMN EXPENCIVE!!!

i cant show you the memtest86 errors cuz its in dos but i think i had 106 errors
