Ok now I'm getting frustrated !!
I talked to AW this morning and they told me that my machine is in phase 12 and should ship today.. to call back this afternoon to get a tracking number... So I call back this afternoon and they tell me it's still in production.. I ask to speak with a supervisor and they tell me it's in Quality Control and "should" ship out this week. Does ANYBODY there know what the hell is actually going on. The bad thing is that I would be patient if they could just tell me the truth about what is causing the delay. NOBODY CAN TELL ME ANYTHING SOLID!! I can say that they have been really nice in "attempting" to answer my questions but nobody is giving me any real information. Why is it so hard? They said they "would" upgrade the shipping but since I'm in NC it would only take two days anyway. I'm about suggest that they throw something in to ease my pain and suffering
They claim a rush order has been put on it... Oh... and here's the best part.. They say if it doesn't ship out this week THEN they will be able to tell me what's going on.. Give me a break AW! If there are legitimate reasons why it is being delayed, so be it... just give me some real information and a kick ass machine and I will be a happy customer! Any AW support people want to help me out?
