That doesn't make sense that you wouldn't have a tracking number. If Puro picks it up, they bring it back to the depot where they load everything onto a conveyor. A sorter checks the address code and directs it accordingly as it passes by. They have these high-tech bar code readers that can scan the label as long as it's not facing downwards (obviously). The package is now scanned into the system and moves along to the container bound for Canada where a loader packs the trailer. The trailer arrives at the Canadian depot and is offloaded again onto a conveyor and scanned. Again, a sorter directs the package to the right place where it's placed on another trailer if it's going to a city or a puro truck if its in town. It's scanned again by the loader before being put on the truck.
So I'm confused as to how Puro knows where the package is if there is not tracking number. Maybe it's possible that Dell sends a special container full of only Dell shit to Canada using another carrier that isn't tracked through Puro. I don't know...can only guess at this point. Hopefully your computers are en route with the rest.
