Was yours shipped with Purolator?
Anybody heard from Jay or SATA? Has theirs shipped yet?

Yup...got a Puro tracking number, but there's no info yet on their site.
Yes, purolator. CSR gave me the truck number that my order is on but didn't have a tracking number yet.

purolator; number doesn't track yet; eta 12-14. I wouldn't expect it to take longer than a week though.

If it's on the truck heading north they should get to either the Toronto hub or the Calgary hub within 2-3 days. Those of us near the hubs should get them a day later. I'm going to be optimistic and say Wednesday delivery...Friday at the latest. I used to work at Purolator unloading the trailers. I just hope that our systems don't get jarred too badly. We were in a bloody hurry to unload those trailers, which had dozens of Dell boxes. I was one of the more careful unloaders...but I tell you a few of the big guys could toss a computer box pretty far...lol

Did you get that number right away Moomoo? I still don't have one, close to 12 hours since my order changed to shipped.

Holy F S! I talked to my Dell rep today and he said he was going to get to see where things are sitting, and I just checked and my order is now shipped and should be here from April 11th to the 13th. Hell of a lot better than May!

WOOOT!

Apparently. My estimated dates are 12-14. Can you believe that? 2 Weeks from Nashville to Prince George.

something's out of whack with that.... it should be no more than a couple of days before it hits the U.S. border. A day held up there, and then 3-4 days by ground to you
post #93 of 335
I think their shipping estimates are very pessimistic. Even when our office ordered the 6000s, the ETA was 5 business days....they arrived in 2. Once you've shipped, I think it would be 3-5 business days to get to you, unless there is an unexpected hold up along the way.

Do you have a tracking number yet ITSN?
When I click on the link to see the shipping, it opens a window to Puro's site where there looks to be two tracking numbers. I assume one is for the system and the other for the backpack. Still no information on the web site as to where it's at in transit.

SATA....are you still in production? That's BS if you are. The only difference between our systems is that you have double the ram and XP Pro. Any other specs that you don't display in your sig that could be the hold up?
Where is that link, right below "it's on it's way!? I don't appear to have it.
Yeah...that's where it is. Perhaps your unit is sitting with a bulk shipment that hasn't left the facility...maybe you should call and see if you can get a tracking number.
Bah. It's probably still in kitting but they changed it to shipped just to get me to stop calling for a day or two. Unfortunately there is noone to call on the weekend. If there is nothing there by Monday morning I'll be on horn first thing.
Could be...but I don't think CSRs have the ability to change the order status...unless they made a call directly to the assembly plant...lol. Try emailing...I've had reps offer to call them on weekends...they're definitely working.

There are some of us who ordered back in February and are still In Production. My system has some different specs, but the only part I am repeatedly told they are waiting for is the 60 gig 7200 HD, which I see on everyones' received systems here.
