lol....boy do I remember those "newly registered" days.....
Everyone is saying wait wait wait.....trust me...I am going to college soon..and I am eager to buy a laptop now. I am currently living in the United
States of America..and I have the option to look around and play with. As a matter of fact...I went to this store (CompUSA) and I bought a laptop...and then exchanged it for another one...and now I am going to return it to get my money back...but I think I will exchange it for one more laptop....Why am I doing this..So i can get a feel of what I like and what not....As someone said and there is a thread about this.."justification"...yes...certainly you need to justify your needs.....it will narrow down your search..and make it easier...but then again...there will be something about it that you don't like...My decision for school is either between the Sony S series...which I am going to return today (loved it...and the FS series....was nice but not as powerful...light....as the S series..but much brighter....) or an Apple (the cheap and less powerful iBook or the expensive powerbooks)....now I just saw on notebookreview.com that Apple is soon to release their Tiger OS system soon since Amazon is allowing ppl to preorder it...so...it should be here b4 May 31st (because of the rebate)..so you can see..if i were to buy an ibook...look what is coming down the road..so soon.....
I watched a review of Pentium's updated chipset review on cNet.com like a month ago or whenever it came out...and the man was talking to one of the directors or whoever working at Intel...and the question came up....after the intel guy said they will have an updated chipset or processor in the summer...and so the question was.....how does the company allow for consumers to purchase confidently when the market is proceeding into new and better things so quickly...and like he and everyone says...technology is always changing ("technology waits for no one" -that's funny).....and consumers will always find something that fits perfectly with their needs....so to put that into sum.....he did not answer the question....beat around the bush....
Ok...I should wrap this up b4 i start to ramble...I don't know if I made any points here...but hey....one more post for me..
