Ok, I just downloaded that tool, I've got a Northwood. Now I have another question. When I ordered the 9100 it said 512MB DDR-SDRAM 400Mhz HT, now this tool tells me (in the SPD tab) something like:

Max. Bandwith: PC3200 (200 MhZ)

That normal or should I complain ?

You're fine. PC3200 (200MHz) is DDR 400. 400 is double (Double Data Rate) of 200MHz
