The more pixels you get the better of course. So WUXGA you go. But of course you WUXGA better be of high quality. So you better see the actually thing before you buy it.
Best way in my opinion is to go to some big store and try some photo on various screens. The screen that manages to display your photo most realistically is the one you should buy. I assume you know that many photographers are still using big, high quality CRT morinors with crazy resolutions.
Interesting to read the review of the 9300/WXGA at notebookreview.com, written by a professional photographer. He comments favorably on the screen, even if he mentions the narrow "sweet spot" viewing angle. The first line of his conclusion:"Large, bright, sharp, saturated screen".
