Riva Tuner question

My understanding of Rivatuner is that it's supposed to let you OC the GPU with the ATI drivers (as opposed to going to the Omegas or whatnot). I can't see how to do it though.

In the download page for Rivatuner, it shows a panel that has 3 tabs, "Overclocking," "AGP," and "Fan." However, when I get to this panel the only tab present in "AGP" - the others don't exist. Any ideas?

I know, for some reason not only must "our" solution be seen to work, but also every other solution must be seen not to work. Silly humans...

Anyway, thanks. I'll give ATI Tool a try.
